Dr. William Foster

Dr. William Abbott Foster completed his dissertation in MIS at the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management  and Chinese (East Asian Studies) in 2001.  Dr. Foster has taught at Arizona State University, Georgia Tech, Emory Goizueta Business School, and University of Arizona South (Sierra Vista).   He has published over 50 books and articles.

While working on his PhD, he was the international policy editor for CIX--the world's first Internet Service Provider Association.  Before that he designed the first PC networks (Novell Netware) for the US Congress, the White House, and Defense Intelligence Agency.
