On behalf of the School of Government & Public Policy, you are cordially invited to attend the SGPP Graduate Programs Convocation ceremony, which will take place on May 13th at 2:00pm in SUMC South Ballroom.
This event is intended for students who have graduated or anticipate graduation in the following semesters:
- Fall 2022
- Spring 2023
- Summer 2023
To participate in this event, please RSVP no later than April 21st. To help minimize over-crowding, there is a guest limit of 4 per graduate at this time. Complimentary parking will be provided at 2nd Street Garage between 12:00pm-3:00pm.
Please note that students must arrive between 1:15pm-1:30pm for check-in. The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm, followed by a small reception with light refreshments.

Regalia can be obtained from the UA Bookstore anytime, or during Grad Fest (March 21st-23rd, 2023). Here are the regalia details for your program:
- Tassel: black (the color for all M.A. degrees)
- Hood: white (the color for Social and Behavioral Sciences; please note that we are not Ming Blue, which is public administration)
- Master's gown
- Graduation cap
