Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence
What is an IC CAE?
In 2005, Congress mandated the establishment of the IC CAE Program to develop, prepare, and educate the next generation of intelligence professionals with the core skills necessary to meet the United States’ National Security imperatives. The IC CAE designation affords students increased educational, cultural, and experiential opportunities, as well as heightened career prospects within the Intelligence Community (IC).
Accredited Universities whose programs meet or exceed the IC CAE’s rigorous and sustainable National Security and Intelligence education academic requirements have earned the prestigious designation of IC CAE.

Southern Arizona Intelligence Summit

University of Arizona, Health Sciences Innovation Building,
1670 E Drachman St. Tucson, AZ 85721
Over the past ten years, our nation has seen a constant barrage of threats against our national security and our way of life. Although we have advanced innovation and technology to increase our national security posture, our adversaries are rapidly evolving and deploying counter tactics. As we enter a new decade, the emerging threat against our national security will require an evolution of both collection and analysis.
At this year’s Summit, we will convene the strategic leaders and pacesetters of the intelligence, security, and law enforcement communities. We will explore current successes and setbacks of varied intelligence methods and consider future workforce needs in the intelligence field. Be present as these experts deliver assessments and the opportunities for the “Future of Intelligence.”
