Robert Wells is a US National Security professional with service experience at the US Department of State Bureau of Political-Military Affairs during the Clinton Administration and White House and National Security Council experience from his assignment with the George W. Bush Administration serving as a Special Advisor for National Security Affairs to Vice President. He has direct experience in US National Security and Defense Policy, US Foreign policy with Africa, China, and the Americas-including Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Also a veteran, Robert Wells is a retired U.S. Navy Captain completing a distinguished 30-year naval service career.
